My Mother at Sixty-Six

The poet was
driving to the Cochin airport her mother was sitting beside of her. She noticed
her pale weak face she was dozing her face was faded and life less. Poet feel
pain because of separation of her mother. She was driving so she looked outside
young trees are running back side because car is running forward the children
are coming out from their houses the happiness of life. Her mother
was at sixty-six-year-old her face was pale, shuriken looked like late winters
moon which lost the shine and charm of life. On airport her mother was standing
few steps far from her. To remove her all grief she said to her, see you soon
Amma, she smile and smile to hide her achene and fear.
