1. Cabinet approves pact between ICAI and CPA, Canada
The government approved a pact between Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA), Canada.
The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister gave the ex-post facto approval of the MoU signed in 2011 and approval for signing of MoU between ICAI, India and CPA, Canada, according to an official statement.

The government approved the agreement between the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI) and Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) Canada.
The Union Cabinet meeting, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, approved the MoU (MoU). This MOU was done in 2011. According to official statement, the Cabinet approved the signing of MoU between ICAI India and CPA Canada.
2. Rekha Sharma appointed chairperson of NCW
NCW member Rekha Sharma has been appointed as the chairperson of the National Commission for Women.
Sharma, 54, who was earlier a member of the Commission and was holding the additional charge of chairperson after Lalitha Kumaramangalam demitted office in September last year.

The Union Cabinet gave its nod to a contract on cooperation between India and Indonesia in scientific and technological sectors and also approved the signing of a MoU between the two countries in health sector.

5. Government gives ex-post facto approval to India-Korea MoU on trade remedy cooperation
The government has given an undertaking (MoU) signed between India and Korea on trade remedy cooperation.
The MoU was signed in July during the State visit of President of Korea to India, an official statement said.
