Institute of Banking Personal Selection (IBPS) have notified that the online registration for IBPS PO 2018 will start from 14 August 2018. There are 4,102 vacancies for the post of Probationary Officer (PO) and Management Trainees (MT).
Eligibility Criteria :
Minimum Age 20 Years and Maximum Age 30 Years till 01/August/2018. And should be a Citizen of India. Candidate must have a bachelor degree from any stream like as BA, B.COM, BSc, BBA, B.Tech, etc, from a recognized university.

IBPS PO Exam Pattern and Dates :
Online Preliminary Exam Date : 13,14, 20&21October2018.
Online Mains Exam Date : 18/November/2018.
IBPS Exam will be held online, exam will be in two parts :Part 1 IBPS Preliminary Exam, Part 2 IBPS MAINS Exam. After both exam candidate will have to follow an interview. But in this year there is a change in IBPS PO Mains Exam 2018. Paper will be same like always but IBPS has added a descriptive paper in Mains exam 2018.
IBPS PO Preliminary Exam Schedule :
IBPS Preliminary is of one hour duration exam which will be conducted online. It has 3 sections with having 100 Questions with maximum marks of 100. There is negative marking in this exam 0.25 marks will be deducted on every wrong answer. Complete information is given below :
IBPS PO Mains Exam Schedule :
This year IBPS Mains exam pattern has been changed. IBPS has added a descriptive paper in Mains exam. It has 4 sections of 200 marks of 180 minutes. Descriptive paper has 1 section of 25 marks of 30 minutes. Now IBPS PO Mains exam will have 5 sections. Total time duration is 210 minutes in which 180 minutes for objective paper and 30 minutes for descriptive paper. Candidates have to attend sections in same order. Next section can be attend only when current section is complete. There is also negative marking 0.25 narks will be deduct on every wrong answer. Complete information is given below :
IBPS PO Interview
The candidate who qualifies the Preliminary and Mains Exam calls for an interview. Interview is of 100 marks candidate has to score 40% for qualify interview. Interview conducts in 15 to 20 minutes. Questions ask in interview relates to banking, current affairs, general awareness, etc.
